About BioMotion
Personalized Neurohabilitation. Real-Time. Data-Driven
-
BioMotion, LLC is a neurotechnology company developing intelligent, adaptive rehabilitation systems for neurological disorders, beginning with Parkinson’s disease. Our mission is to transform exercise-based therapy from a static intervention into a personalized, dynamic data-driven treatment platform that optimizes performance benefits for each individual..
BioMotion was founded by a multidisciplinary team with deep expertise in control systems engineering, signal processing, neurophysiology, clinical research, and medical device innovation. The company emerged from over 15 years of peer-reviewed research and development activities that have convincingly demonstrated that motor-assisted dynamic cycling can significantly improve motor function in individuals with Parkinson’s disease — but that outcomes can vary substantially between patients.
This variability in patient outcomes represents both a clinical challenge and a commercial opportunity.

Current rehabilitation devices deliver fixed or manually adjusted protocols. They do not adapt in real-time, do not learn from patient data to personalize exercise sessions, and do not optimize outcomes dynamically for each individual. BioMotion was created to commercialize the next generation of intelligent rehabilitation systems that measure, analyze, adapt, and personalize and improve therapy session-by-session.
We are building a scalable neurorehabilitation platform that combines:
- Adaptive control systems
- Real-time signal processing
- Unique motor performance metrics that dynamically drive individualized motor performance improvements
- Machine learning modeling and optimization
- Clinical outcome modeling
The initial focus of your technology development is Parkinson’s disease, that affects over 10-million people world-wide , with increasing prevalence due to aging demographics. However, the Adaptix Neuro technology platform is extensible across multiple neurological and movement disorders.
BioMotion’s long-term vision is to establish adaptive rehabilitation as the standard of care — in clinics, hospitals, and eventually home-based therapeutic environments.
